General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, we generally do not offer refunds for our subscription plans (Standard and Pro) once a payment is made. When you subscribe, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing immediate access to a digital product and that you will not be entitled to a refund.

Free Trial

We offer a 15-day free trial for you to experience our Pro features. We encourage you to use this trial period to ensure TeamHub meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription. No credit card is required for the free trial, and you can cancel anytime.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. While we maintain a no-refund policy, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Such circumstances may include:

  • A verifiable technical error on our part that prevented you from using the service.
  • A billing error where you were charged incorrectly.

To be considered for a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your subscribed plan's features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.
